Counselling Offered to people suffering from anxiety and stress. But also to new parents struggling with the changing role of parenting. 6 week short term goal focused sessions. Holding space so that you can find your way home.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice is needed for cancellations. We ask if you are ill or have a temperature to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately we cannot transfer short notice cancellations.
