48 hours notice is needed for cancellations. We ask if you are ill or have a temperature to cancel the session Unfortunately we cannot transfer short notice cancellations. If you are attending the Sound Bath or Retreat, please bring the following: Yoga mat, Cushions or pillow Blankets Bolsters Eye mask/pillow Socks Water
