Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice is needed for cancellations. We ask if you are ill or have a temperature to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately we cannot transfer short notice cancellations. Please let the practitioner know of any medical issues, ie tinitus, pregnancy, osteoparosis, pace maker before the session. Children from 14 are permitted, but please talk to practitioner before booking. If this is a a gift voucher, please book and then contact Arlene to let her know which event you want to attend. There is the option for 1 session up to 3 sessions depending what is gifted.
