Arlene is inviting to come and experience this regular Sound Bath/Journey. Helping you drop away from the busy life you lead, let go of tensions and help you reset and align for a enjoyable weekend. You will be guided with Yoga Nidra and then lead into a Sound Bath using Crystal Singing Bowls and Himalyan bowls, Gongs and other instruments. A treat for your senses to find HOME!

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice is needed for cancellations. We ask if you are ill or have a temperature to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately we cannot transfer short notice cancellations.
