Service Description

Arlene has been teaching yoga for 20 years and comes from the Scaravelli Inspirational body mechanic way of yoga practice. She now marries that with somatic yoga, breath work and pilates. Always exploring and allowing the body to adapt to change. As we are find ourselves having to do at the moment.
