As a doula with over 30 years of experience, I have supported and helped to empower more than 500 mothers and their partners to create positive life birth experiences.

 

My mission has been to advocate for women, transforming their fears into opportunities for empowerment in the birth space.  Many women who had previous caesarean sections have found healing through our work together, mostly achieving vaginal births after casesarean (VBAC); a few after two and three caesareans, when they were told this was impossible; and one miracle with a breech homebirth after two previous casesarean sections.
