Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch therapy, which helps the body to reset itself to neutral.

The client will lay on the couch or be treated sitting up or on their side, depending on need.  The therapist will make a gentle hand contact with their body, either on the feet, sacrum or the skull and in doing so will tune into the primal rhythm of the fascia and nervous system.

The body is in a state of imbalance, and when met in this place, will unravel and find a state of stillness.  Most clients feel intensely relaxed or drop asleep whilst having a treatment.  Babies benefit greatly from these treatments and resolve issues like colic and birth trauma very quickly.  Usually babies resolve their issues within 3 sessions.

After birth mothers often are too tired to priorities their needs. But this is the time to give back to yourself. Having a Craniosacral session after the birth of a baby can help to bring your pelvics, pelvic floor and hormones into alignment.

The space is held so that you can be free to experience and process the change that  you are a part of in this moment.

Craniosacral therapy is not just for mother and babies, but for all the family.

I have treated clients with the following in the past: Frozen shoulder, tinnitus, sciatica, pelvic floor issues, persistent back problems, neck issues, babies after birth and children who are traumatized.

As craniosacral practitioners we are allowed to practice under current guidance.

Now that we are easing out of lockdown, I would still like you to follow the following protocol.

1) Take a lateral flow test before coming for your session.

2)Wear a mask when entering the buidling

3) Have the track and trace app on your phone to scan

4) Temperature taken on entry by me

5) Wash your hands before entering the treatment space

6) Leave coats and bags in hallway or in a plastic bag
