Yoga Nidra

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra translates as ‘Awake Sleep’. It is a practice that gives the participant permission to fully relax; to find that space of stillness. This helps your immune system recover, it helps soothe your mind and it helps you to centre yourself.

In these troubled times we feel like we are running in every direction. We live in a constantly heightened state of stress and there is fear stored in our whole body. Yoga Nidra helps you to reconnect with yourself, physically, from a relaxed state.


Join us from the safety and comfort of your own home for this online practice. The more you do it the more you will benefit from it.


Sessions are 50 minutes fortnightly on Monday tbc



I require payment in advance to secure your booking, either via the booking site or bank transfer (please label any transfers clearly). Refunds cannot be given on cancellations less than 48 hours before the class.


If you are unable to attend due to COVID 19, you may transfer your booking to another date (once only).


Please prepare your space with a mat, bottle of water and two cushions, and ensure it is at a comfortable temperature.
