RETREAT into CALM

REJUVENATE AFTER THE CHRISTMAS

Do we need to have a retreat?

Retreat means to step away!

To take stock!

To Take time for yourself!

To find yourself!

To be!

Join us for Post Christmas Retreat 10 January 2026

Over the years I have attend many retreats.  In particular with my teacher Sandra Sabatini in Italy and India and John Stirk in France and Italy.

However, I recently attended a retreat in Bali with Emma Kelly, which was a opportunity for me as a yoga teacher to take sometime to rest and recuperate.

Most of the time stepping back and taking the time to rest and restore is very under estimated. I found in the company of new yoga friends, I was able to let go, take a breath, take a beat and feel the sun on my back and discover new cultures and new aspects of myself.

I  am running small retreats in the UK for local people.

They are very simple, a time to step away from family commitments, and give yourself that care and attention you need to nourish your soul.

This is available for all sizes, all ethnicities and all abilities.

The practice is gentle, respectful, somatic yoga.  It includes, walking meditation, breathwork in particular pranayama.  Finishing with a Sound/Gong bath using crystal bowls and gongs.  I am offering these for: New Year and Spring equinox.  Will you join us?

Exploring Teaching a international retreat in Bali for late 2026/27.  Let me know if you are interested in being part of the group.
