A SoundBath, GongBath, Sound Journey or Ceremony is a secular immersive sound scape that allows you to be held in a safe space, whilst instruments like, gongs, crystal bowls, himalayan bowls and more instruments are played to assist deep relaxation and calm.

We live in a over stimulated world and irronically, even through the loud strong sounds of the gongs, this helps us to deeply relax and come to a state of stillness and calm.

This is a meditation practice in some ways, allowing yourself to be soothed and supported without agenda, but just to be in the moment.
