Cancellation Policy
We ask if you are ill or have a temperature to cancel your appointment. Please let the practitioner know of any medical issues, ie tinitus, pregnancy, osteoparosis, pace maker before the session. Children from 14 are permitted, but please talk to practitioner before booking. If this is a a gift voucher, please book and then contact Arlene to let her know which event you want to attend. Gift vouchers must be used with 3 months or accepting. There is a no transfer or refund policy in place.
