This Yoga Nidra class is in addition to the 6 month package. It is once monthly on the first Sunday of the month. Payees are not refunded for less than 48 hours cancellation. Please prepare in the room of your choice, to be still and quite. Put a do not disturb sign on the door and have a blanket and eye pillow to give you the comfort you may need.
