This is your invitation to experience an immersive Sound Bath/Journey. Helping you drop away from the busy life you lead, let go of tensions and help you reset and align for a enjoyable weekend. You will be guided with Yoga Nidra and then lead into a Sound Bath using Crystal Singing Bowls and Himalayan bowls, Gongs and other instruments. Get the inner calm and peace you need.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice is needed for cancellations. We ask if you are ill or have a temperature to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately we cannot transfer short notice cancellations.
